Saturday 24th May 2025 we turn St Peters Church into an incredible concert space. Joining us is Salisbury Big Band & Vocalist supported our very own Festival Singers who, under the musical direction of Andrew Cleary, create a show in just one day to be performed in the evening.

About The Event
On Saturday 24th May 2025 we bring a huge VE80 Celebration Concert to Bishop's Waltham with Salisbury Big Band & our very own BW Festival Singers
Celebrating over 20 years in 2025, The 19-strong Salisbury Big Band prides itself on the versatility of its performance. Originally rooted in Swing, but also comfortable performing new, original and contemporary material to hundreds of happy jazz-goers. From “soft and sultry” to “get on your feet and dance!” they play it all! The concert will also feature SBB's very own professional vocalists.
This year is the 80th Anniversary of VE Day, so they are sure to put a swing in your step with music from the early 1920’s to the Swing era; from Glenn Miller to the Beatles; Vera Lynn to Van Morrison; Frank Sinatra to Michael Buble!
